How to fix the issues of Telstra Network?
If your
Telstra is not working properly then there may be chances of some Telstra
Outage or Telstra Webmail Down, so for that you are required to wait until the situation gets normal. But if you are facing issues in the Telstra Network then
you are supposed to go through this blog and follow the steps so that you can
get rid of the Telstra network issues as soon as possible.
First of all, you need to use the
smart troubleshooting tool, so for using that follow the steps provided below:
- You need to first
open the Telstra app on your device.
- Then go to the
support option.
- There you are supposed to select the option of ‘smart troubleshooting’.
If the above tool is not providing
you the correct solution then you are required to check for the other fixes. So
the other fixes are:
- You are supposed
to check the connection of modem if the modem is on or off; whether it is
plugged into the power pint or if the cables are corrected properly or not.
- If you are using
the Wi-Fi then you are supposed to see whether the device’s Wi-Fi is turned on
or not. Whether it has a connection or not, how strong connection is or how slow.
So you need to see all the things in your Wi-Fi.
- And if you are
using an Ethernet cable, then you have to see whether it is plugged into yellow
LAN. And also supposed to check all the connections if they are placed properly
or not.
